How will MI achieve intergovernmental agency status?
Three countries are needed to sign and ratify the Charter establishing MI as an international organization. Upon ratification, MI will have legal intergovernmental agency status.

Which countries are being considered as a signatory of MI's Charter?
Some of the countries we have approached are: Liechtenstein, Norway, Egypt, Ethiopia, Bulgaria, Nigeria, Barbados, Indonesia, Jamaica, Portugal, and Mozambique. These countries were selected based on their history of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, and their economic, social, and political influence in the region.

What will MI's structure be post-internationalization?
MI will establish an international headquarters in one of the countries that signs the Charter. Regional "Centers of Excellence" will be established in Africa, Latin America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and North America. These centers will form partnerships with universities in their region to train a critical mass of System Dynamics specialists.

MI will be governed by an international Board of Trustees, which shall exercise all the powers conferred by the Charter.
